The zoom and pan controls are at the upper left. The arrows should be self-explanatory. The "+" and "-" symbols are for the zoom: "+" means zoom in, "-" means zoom out. You can also click on the map and drag it around to get to other places that aren't showing in the window but that you might want to take a look at anyway. That's where the zoom out can be real helpful... just put that place in the center of the window and zoom in until you get the clarity you want.

This map is centered on Aspen but it can be dragged around with your mouse and you can get great detail on virtually any neighborhood in the county. For some real fun, take a look at the satellite imagery, too.
