Another look back at where I've come from. You can see Shelf Road on the left, still hugging the bottom of the cliffs. I think that little double-headed knob just left of center in the photo is Little Pisgah Peak, about halfway between here and Victor. This is still in BLM country (that famous climbing area is to the upper left) but I am getting to the bottom of all this. And no, the road hasn't gotten any wider yet but there has been the odd pullout or two. And that's good because in looking ahead, there's someone coming up the hill towards me. |
