Access: Honeymoon Campground is 50 miles northwest of Clifton via US 191 and Forest Road 217.

Elevation: 5,440'

Camping season runs May through September.

Honeymoon Campground is a quiet, remote site located next to Eagle Creek. The campsites are shaded by sycamores and cottonwoods.

Facilities:

  • 4 family campsites for tents and trailers up to 16 feet long.
  • 4 picnic tables, 2 cooking grills
  • 1 vault toilet

Other notes:

  • Pack it in, pack it out.
  • Bring your own drinking water.
