This 12.6 mile trail is rated as moderate and sees light use from April through December. The trail is long but not as steep as many of the other trails in the area. Sawmill Cabin is 7.5 miles in and is maintained by the grazing permit holder. The cabin is open to the public (just leave it as is or better). West of Sawmill Cabin the canyon widens out but floods over the years have washed most of the trail away. You'll have to pick your way through the rocks. Depending on how you look at it, the trail starts or ends just west of the cabin at Honeymoon Campground, the other end being at Eagle Creek Road.

Elevation: 6,000' to 7,200'

Access: Go 67 miles north of Clifton to the signed road for Trail #33. Turn west and go about 1/2 mile.
