Alta Ski Resort

With inexpensive lift tickets, close proximity to Salt Lake City, deep powder and superb terrain, Alta is one of Utah's premier ski resorts. Beatiful scenery, panoramic views, two ski-in ski-out restaurants, it just doesn't get much better than this! Unless, of course, you take advantage of the deal between Alta and Snowbird that allows skiers access to both resorts... Alta is located at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon on State Highway 210, about 25 miles southeast of Salt Lake City. Alta is a "skiers only" resort: no snowboarding allowed. |
