From Alamosa go 13 miles north on Hwy. 17 to Sand Dunes Monument Rd., then 8 miles east to access road, then 1/4 mile north to property.

FISHING: coldwater lake
RECREATION: wildlife observation
FACILITIES: boat ramp, parking areas
RESTRICTIONS: Boating prohibited north of buoy line; access prohibited north of buoy line and east-west fence line Feb. 15 - July 15; camping prohibited north of buoy line and east-west fence line.
