Sedgwick County is in the northeastern corner of Colorado with Nebraska to the north and east. Named for Fort Sedgwick (which had been named for General John Sedgwick), Sedgwick County contains 548 square miles of land and 1 square mile of water. The county seat is Julesburg. |
