Big Horn County, Montana

Big Horn County is located in south-central Montana with Wyoming to the south. This is the home of the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument and the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. Most of the county is part of the Crow Indian Reservation. Big Horn County was formed in 1864 and contains 4,995 square miles of land and 20 square miles of water. The county seat is Hardin.
