Angel Fire Resort offers 2 high-speed quads and 2 freestyle terrain parks with a big halfpipe and a bigger mountain. In addition to the great skiing and snowboarding, the resort offers tubing, snowmobiling, ice skating, Nordic skiing, snow blades, snow skates, sleigh rides, ice fishing, and horseback riding.

The Nordic Center sports 1 beginner, 2 intermediate and 1 advanced trail covering 22km of terrain. While the annual snowfall averages 210 inches, the resort makes snow on 52% of the mountain, including 85% of the beginner trails. The Lowrider Terrain Park features lower rails and smaller features for beginners developing their skills. The Liberation Park (at the summit) features rails, multiple jumps, funboxes, a 400' halfpipe and even a short school bus for the more advanced.

There are three restaurants on the front side of the mountain, one at the summit and another on the back side. The Angel Fire Resort Hotel offers 139 spacious rooms right at the foot of the slopes. The Resort Hotel also offers a hot tub, small indoor pool, restaurants, lounge, gift shop, massage facility and more. There are also hundreds of condominiums - from studios to 3-bedroom units - in the base village and close by. There is a ski/board gear rental shop at the foot of the lifts (and several others around town).
