La Paz County is in west central Arizona with the Colorado River for its western boundary. Interstate 10 crosses the southern part of the county from east to west. Quartzsite is famous for its Gem and Mineral Show every winter, during the same time the city is overflowing with Snow Birds. La Paz County contains 4,500 square miles of land and 13 square miles of water. The Colorado River Indian Reservation is here. The county seat is Parker. |
