The town of Crouch was named for William Crouch, an early resident. A lot of the tourism and business services in Crouch are add-ons from businesses in nearby Garden Valley. Also nearby is Silver Creek Plunge, a very active summer resort at the edge of the national forest. There are also several hot springs in the area, spread out through the valley of the Middle Fork of the Payette River. |
